Returns & Exchanges Policy


 At Rincy Hair Vietnam, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality hair products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange, return, or request a refund for your purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for such instances to ensure a smooth and transparent process.


 Customers will be asked to confirm all of the parameters regarding the hair length, texture, quality, quantity, and so on right at the moment of placing an order. However, you are able to cancel your order immediately (within 8 hours of placing it) and place a new one. We do not accept returns for incorrectly selected items, sizes, styles, addresses, and so on.

Cancel An Order

 You can only cancel your order on the same day within 8 hours of purchase. If you contact us after this time to cancel your order, it may have already been forwarded to the factory for processing and delivery.


*Note: Please be aware that a management, processing, and transaction fee (40% of the total purchase value) will be charged for both the cancellation and refund processes.*

Return & Refund

 At Rincy Hair, all of our products are made from 100% human hair. We always pride in the top-quality products that we offer. However, during shipping from time to time, the hair may be affected by unpredicted factors. Our company accepts seriously damaged orders caused by our company to be compensated or refunded/returned after 5 days from the time the delivery process was completed. After 5 days, the order is considered accepted by the consumer, and no compensation is possible. However, all cases should be reviewed and agreed upon by both parties. Please adhere to the following guidelines:


  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Customers should send all clear and persuasive proof (videos, pictures, etc) showing the product’s problem if they wish to have a solution. We have the right to refuse to solve cases with no clear proof.
  • We only issue a refund when we have received the product sent by customers.
  • The hair product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • All transaction fees, shipping fees, and customs fees are responsible for customers in all cases.
  • We will not be responsible for packages damaged by customers or lost packages on return.
  • Reach out to our customer support team at to initiate the return process.
  • After we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process the refund.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.


 If you haven’t received your refund yet, double-check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company; your refund may take some time to be officially posted. Depending on the policy of your card’s issuer, you should receive your money within 10 to 15 days. If you’ve done everything else and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us right away at

Return Procedure:

Step #1: Customers should send their Refund Inquiry to along with the necessary paperwork. Then customers receive a response from the Customer Service Department regarding the eligibility of the Refund Inquiry within 2 - 3 business days. We will send you an email confirming the eligibility of your Refund Request.


Step #2: We provide customers with shipping details (location, phone number, shipping method, package notes), customers give us videos and pictures showing clearly the product status and quantities and inform us about the product quantities through WhatsApp. Please DO NOT automatically return the package without confirmation via email, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.


Step #3: When sending the package, please noted outside the package that Synthetic fiber (all of our hair is still 100% real human hair) with the total value order is $15. This is the only way for us to send hair and customers can easily receive the package without having trouble with customs and high customs fees. If customers wish to check if the hair is really human or not, please use the “burn test” (Cut and burn a strand of hair from the wig. If it isn’t human hair, it should slowly melt into a ball and give off a rubbery scent. It’ll also produce black smoke, proving that it’s synthetic hair. If it easily catches fire, and immediately curls into a ball, it is human hair)


Step #4: We inform customers when we have received the packages.


*Please Note The Following Important Points:

- We do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds for hair products that have been washed, altered, used, or tampered with in any way.

- Wigs, extensions, or hair products that have been styled, cut, or chemically processed cannot be exchanged or returned.

- Wigs, extensions, or hair products are returned in their original status and in the original packaging.

- Custom-made orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
